Summary: Hermione starts to notice a certain guy in her grade. A certain guy she shouldn't be noticing. And what's this? This guys noticing her too? Is this love strong enough to withstand the protest? Do they have diamond trust?

Hermione stabbed her quill into her Potions notes and spun around, scowling at Malfoy with deep loathing.
"Malfoy, you insensitive jerk!" she screamed, ignoring Snape as he began to glaze across the room, "Why did you do that?"
Malfoy looked utterly shocked at her outburst. This usually quiet, behaving, yet opinionated Gryffindor was mouthing at him?
"Get out of my face, Granger," he spat, psuhing passed her.
Hermione lost her balance on a spillage of armourdale bile and thumped onto the ground.
Harry and Ron rose from their seat, they glares directed at Malfoy, hands gripping their wands.
"What is going on here?" Snape's icy drawl dripped from his mouth, his eyebrows raised at Hermione.
